Default chains and how to override support
The default config enables the following chains:
PolkadotAssetHubPolkadotKusamaAssetHubKusamaHydration
You can restrict or extend this list with the chains array when creating the SDK instance, or by customizing the defaults provided by SDKConfigManager.getDefaultConfig().
